PINEAPPLE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple                              -1 medium size

Sweetened condensed milk-1 can

Milk                                       -1/2 lit.

Sugar                                     -1 tbsp

Vanilla essence                    -1/2 tsp

Gelatin                                -3 tsp

FOR GARNISHING

Fresh pineapple pieces

METHOD

Clean and cut the pineapple in to small bite size pieces

Add 1 tbsp. of sugar to the pineapple pieces and cook it on medium heat.when the water evaporates completely,remove it from fire and keep aside.(do not overcook the pineapple pieces.)

Add condensed milk to the normal milk and cook it over medium heat.

Dissolve Gelatin in 4 tbsp of cold water.

Add vanilla essence to the milk mixture followed by Gelatin.

When the mixture thickens remove from fire and allow it to cool.

Add the pineapple pieces.Pour the mixture in to a glass bowl and refrigerate until well set.

Garnish it with fresh pineapple pieces and cherries.
