PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients

Maida   –   1 cup

Sugar   –    3/4 cup

Butter  – 100 gms

Egg       –  4 nos

Milk       – 1/4  cup

Salt        – 1 pinch

Vanilla  essence – 1 tsp

Baking Powder  – 1  tsp

How to make

Seperate egg yolk and white.

Beat  butter , sugar and vanilla essence together.Mix until it becomes smooth.Add the egg yolks one by one and beat very well.IMG_20150619_124835

Beat egg white till gets peak.IMG_20150619_124819 Sieve the dry ingredients to the egg yolk mixture and keep mixing.Finally add egg white to this mixture and mix well.IMG_20150619_125218

pour this mix in to a greased cake tin and bake at 180 degree celcious for 15 minutes.IMG_20150619_125903IMG_20150619_144421
