Chilli Gopi

Ingredients

cauliflowert      – 1 (seperate  in to small florets)

Onion               – 1 cut in to cubes

Capcicum        _ 1 cut in to cubes

Green chillies   -2 nos

Salt                      -to taste

Oil                        – for frying

Corn flour        – 3 tbsp

Plain flour       – 3 tbsp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

Ginger                 – 1 tsp chopped

Garlic                   – 1 tsp chopped

Soya sause        – 1 1/2 tsp

Tomato sause   – 3 tsp

Red chilli sause – 1 1/2 tsp

Vinegar               – 1 tsp

Sugar                  – 1 tsp

Cooking Instructions

Boil cauliflower for salty water for three minutes and drain the water completely. Then marinate it in a thick batter of corn flour, plain flour, salt, pepper powder, oil and water.Dip cauliflower in this batter and fry it till the florets become golden brown. Keep it aside.

In the same oil add ginger garlic paste, onion, capsicum, green chillies and cook it till the onions become  soft.

Now add all the sauses, pepper powder, sugar, vinegar and salt. Mix well. Finally add some corn  flour  dissolved in water to make a thick gravy. Cook well and garnished with corriander leaves and spring onion.
